These rules are expected to be followed at all times by everyone. Failure to do so will result in an appropriate punishment. Creating or using any 4Rewind Related Services will automatically imply that you, as an end-user, accepted the following rules. Our current ruleset is subject to change, you must keep yourself up to date.

• These rules can't include every specific situation. Act with common sense and do not try to trick the system. Rules will be updated to face as many situations as possible.
• Decisions taken by staffers are definitive. Trying to convince another staffer to give you a different treatment will increase the ban duration based on the initial ban duration.

• (1) Respect other players! Insulting, trolling and derogatory comments are strictly forbidden.
• (2) You may NOT scam. Scamming includes any attemps to deceive users for your own advantage.
• (3) You may NOT spam. Spamming includes messages which make no sense, the same message over and over again, typing in all capital letters, begging for money/items, or any other messages which may disrupt another player's experience.
• (4) You may NOT encourage other players to break any rules set by 4Rewind. If you do so, you will be banned. Ban duration can be permanent, based on what rule you suggested to break.
• (5) You may NOT discuss hacks, bugs or any other harmful topic in any of 4Rewind's platforms.
• (6) Lending items to another player is at your OWN risk! Under no circumstances will your items be recovered.
• (7) Having a disruptive behavior (staying AFK or feeding) in game modes such as Battle of Rewind is forbidden and will be punished with a temporary ban.
• (8) Disruption or breaking the rules of special GM's events will lead to a punishment. Trolling isn't allowed either. It can lead up to ban.
• (9) You cannot use ANY system to generate automated and semi-automated AP/golds/items farming methods.
• (10) Spreading, using, or trying to reproduce any kind of bug will be punished harshly. Based on the bug spread/used/tried to reproduce, the ban can go from 30 days up to a PC-Ban.
• (11) It is NOT allowed to block portals in any way (mounts, shops etc).

• (1) Names for advertising purposes are not allowed.
• (2) Offensive names are NOT allowed (this includes names that fall into: racist, sexist, religious, political or generally offending types).
• (3) Names that are difficult to decipher are not allowed (I.e. IIII or lllllllllll).
• (4) Names similar to other users' names are severely prohibited. (Using i instead of l etc.)
• (5) Using a nickname similar to staffer's names is severely prohibited.

• (1) Do NOT create guilds containing offensive themes (Sex, Porn, Racism, Religion etc.).
• (2) You may NOT push a guilds level by any kind of exploit.
• (3) You may ask for a guild leader change via ticket if the current leader is banned and agrees with the change. The request via ticket must be done by the banned guild leader.
• (4) You CANNOT make deals with Guilds of the opposite nation in order to not get your territories attacked. If a Guild will do it the Guild Master will get a ban.

• (1) Every ban duration increases based on how many times you were already banned for a specific reason. Every ban can eventually stack up to permanent.
• (2) The 4Rewind staff will NEVER ask for your data (password). Account names/mail address can be asked ONLY to simplify finding tickets or any problem related with the account.
• (3) You may own as many accounts as you like, but they must not be used together to exploit any game mechanics. Also you can not login everyday in more than 5 accounts to abuse the daily reward. Breaking this rule will lead to ban of all your accounts.
• (4) Account sharing is NOT allowed - sharing your login details with anybody else will lead to a ban.
• (5) Account selling is NOT allowed. It is considered as Real World Trading. Same goes for trading items/golds for other private/official server items/golds.
• (6) Trading is only allowed via 4Rewind channels such as our Discord server and in-game. Any traffic over other platforms is prohibited. It can lead to a 14 days ban of your account up to a permanent ban.
• (7) You are responsible of the security of your accounts. We encourage you to never use the same data you use on 4Rewind on any other platform. If you do, do it at your own risk.
• (8) Trading/Selling 4Rewind accounts is NOT allowed. You can't trade your account for anything. Trying to trade accounts will lead to a permanent ban.
• (9) Using names of 4Rewind staff or using extremely similar names will lead to a permanent ban of your account.
• (10) Losing access to your account mail equals to lose access or recovery of your account. However you can ask via ticket a mail-change if you're still using the same PC you were using the first time you played. In ANY other case, the staff WON'T recover your account nor change any sensible data such as e-mail address/password.

• (1) Hacking is STRICTLY forbidden and hackers will be permanently banned and PC-Banned.
• (2) Abusing bugs or glitches is NOT allowed. Game-breaking bugs have to be reported immediately. Hiding game-breaking bugs will lead to a permanent ban or PC-Ban based on the gravity of the bug/glitch/hack used.
• (3) Any client-modification is STRICTLY forbidden. This includes anticheat bypasses, package sending tools etc. It will be punished with an instant ban.
• (4) You may NOT use any mechanic that involves afk-leveling. (Exception of in-game Experience Chocolate).
• (5) You may NOT use any mechanic that involves afk-farming.
• (6) The Windows+L/Ctrl+AltDel usage in combat is a severe bug abuse. We will not hesitate to use the ban hammer after multiple legitimate reports, so beware!
• (7) The use and abuse of any bug, macro or cheat, will be severely punished.

• (1) Macros used for innocent purposes, such as Tears/Reagents opening, or "X-Z" macros to loot mobs, are allowed to be used, however sharing these tools for lucrative reasons will be considered as sharing hacks or cheats.
• (2) Using Bots or Macros, or any 3rd party software/hardware that automatizes the process of farming 4Rewind will lead to the punishment such as permanent ban.
• (3) Using Macros or any KeyBoard/Mouse software to create Macros/Scripts that allow a player to use skills in a Non-Human way during PvP will also lead to the appropriate punishment.
• (4) In case of Macro reports during PvP, the video report will be discussed by all the staffers. Each case will be judged and voted. If the "YES" votes will reach the 51% (Half+1), the user will be banned. Otherwise the ban won't be issued.
• (5) Macro Video Reports, can be judged only once. If a specific video is not enough to prove a player's misconduct, then the video cannot be judged again.

• (1) Real world trading items/golds is NOT allowed EITHER, both buying and selling is equally punished.
• (2) Buying/Selling/Trading items/golds/accounts for other game currencies/other game accounts/steam keys etc. is considered Real World Trading.
• (3) You can appeal for Real World Trading bans only showing proofs of your innocence.
• (4) Faking real world trading proofs will lead to a permanent ban of all your accounts.
• (5) Trying to buy/sell items/accounts/golds is considered as Real World Trading.
• (6) Helping, acting as Middleman or advertising RWT for someone else will end up in a permanent ban of all your accounts.

• (1) Do NOT modify your evidence (Screenshots or Video)!
• (2) You may NOT name-shame. You are not allowed to accuse someone in the public. This will result in a punishment to you too.
• (3) Reports can be done ONLY via <#1164700107262930974> .
• (4) Only one player per evidence. Make it clear who you are reporting! If you send a long video, please specify the time of the misbehavior and the name of the character.
• (5) Reports without screenshots or videos will be ignored.
• (6) Reporting a player will not give you the right to know if the reported user will be banned or not.
• (7) Any kind of proofs will be judged by staffers. Proofs include: Discord chats, WhatsApp messages, videos, TeamSpeak recordings, Facebook and in-game messages. This doesn't mean that any proof will be valid for a ban. Proofs will be judged extremely cautiously by us.
• (8) Staffers are not forced to give help to a player that constantly trolls/insults or is in any way offensive towards others. In that case staffers can refuse to support a player.

• (1) Warning: You may receive a warning about your wrongdoing. Warns are usually sent via letter to a Character from a 4Rewind staffer.
• (2) Account ban: You may receive a temporary or a permanent account ban.
• (3) Donating will not earn you privileges. Everyone is judged by the same standards.
• (4) Bans can only be discussed via tickets. However you can discuss ONLY about YOUR OWN bans. Asking for reasons outside tickets is not allowed and will be ignored.
• (5) You cannot ask explanations on behalf of other users. Only the punished person is allowed to.
• (6) You may appeal for a ban only via tickets by sending us screenshot/video proof of innocence, every ban is different and we reserve the right to decide wether or not to unban an account. Accounts that are permabanned will never be unbanned.
• (7) Every punishment is given thanks to a video/screenshot evidence. The evidence cannot be shown to the banned player to protect the reporter's privacy. Is up to the Community Manager to make sure that every ban is issued correctly. In case this doesn't happen, the Team Manager will punish the staffer that issued the ban accordingly to Staff's internal rules and the user unbanned.
• (8) Punishment that the staff is allowed to apply are: Warns, Mutes, Kicks, Temporary Bans, Permanent Bans and PC-Bans of any duration.

• (1) Do NOT pretend to be a staff member.
• (2) Staff members have a tag in front of their name (I.e. [GA], [CM] etc.) and have characters with level 97+. On Discord they are tagged by role <@&1164688132147527760>.
• (3) Staffers WILL NEVER contact you to get your data. You can get contacted only via tickets or via in-game chats if you write in Administrator's chat.
• (4) Impersonating staffers will lead to a 30days/permanent ban.
• (5) Staffers are NOT allowed to ask you any sensible data.
• (6) Staffers are subject to internal rules that are managed by Team Manager and the Game Administrator. Those rules, are not published publicly.
• (7) The staffers are NOT allowed to play favorites. This includes giving away items or gold to only a selected group of players.
• (8) Staffers are allowed to close a ticket once the explanation given is enough to answer user's original questions.
• (9) If a user is not satisfied by the answer given by a staffer can ask to get his ticket forwarded to a higher rank staffer, however, if the second answer will be the same as the first one, the user is not allowed to ask further forwardings.
• (10) Staffers do not know everything, a staffer is allowed to pass a case to another staffer or to indicate you another staffer you can ask to.

• (1) Any type of donation refund will be CONTESTED. Once you start the donation refund process, every account you own will be automatically permanently banned. The accounts WILL NEVER be unbanned, even if you don't get refunded.
• (2) Any type of donation is OPTIONAL. Player is NOT forced to donate any real currency to 4Rewind. Once player decide to donate, the funds CANNOT be refunded.
• (3) Items lost due to Auction House bugs or to Server Crashes can be recovered. To recover your items you need to make a Ticket and list the items you lost, on which character they where and when. The staff will then proceed to analyze the game-logs to see if the player said the truth. If he did, the items will be restored, otherwise the account will be banned based on the items he asked to "restore".
• (4) This is a private server and thus all donations are used for the upkeep of the server.
• (5) If there is a problem with our donation system, please report it immediately to the ticket system.
• (6) Exploiting any mechanics to trick the donation system will lead to a permanent ban of all your accounts.

• You have NO ownership or other property interest in any of the Virtual Goods you unlock, regardless of whether you acquired access to those Virtual Goods using Moonstones. Virtual Goods have no monetary value. You can’t redeem them for cash. You can’t obtain any refunds for purchasing Moonstones or Virtual Goods, except as expressly permitted by us.

• We have the right to delete, alter, move, remove, or transfer any and all Game Content—including Virtual Goods—in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you.

• By creating an account on the Discord and/or in the game you automatically accept our rules.

• Like law, our rules DON'T admit ignorance. If you don't read the rules, it's at your OWN risk.
