We would like to inform you that we have taken some time to reflect on the events of the past few days. We have realized that we made a serious mistake by not being there for you when you needed us the most. We want to ensure that your time spent here is not wasted and that you can continue to enjoy the game just as much as before - without unnecessary stress, and as a place where you can relax, because that’s what games are meant for. We also want you to feel confident that we are here for you whenever needed.
We acknowledge that the Auto-Potion feature is not in a state that most players would expect, and that the way it is currently implemented is not ideal. Please rest assured that we are already working on a better solution to make it more user-friendly and to prevent unnecessary item loss caused by accidentally not enabling this feature.
At the same time, I would like to personally apologize for how the situation was handled. It was a personal failure on my part, where external stress influenced my communication, which should never happen. For that, I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart. It will not happen again.
We want you to be confident that you can rely on us as a team at any time, no matter the situation.
Therefore, we have decided to restore all items lost due to upgrading, regardless of when it happened or how many times. We kindly ask any players who have lost items to create a ticket through our ticket system and provide as much information as possible about the item(s) and the date of loss.
We love what we do, and even more, we love the community that gives this project its true spirit - because without you, it wouldn’t be the same. 🫶
