Patchnotes (Part 1)

Dear Players,

We are bringing you the newest patch notes. And first, allow us to present the most important part – Bug Fixes, because we understand how important they are. That is why we focused mainly on them this time. Thank you for every bug report and for your patience - we know how unpleasant bugs can be, and we sincerely apologize for them. It is never our intention to add new bugs.

BUG FIXES

  • The last hit crash has been fixed
  • Potential fix for the mount-up bug after revival / spam message “Pet cannot be recalled…”
  • Dungeon Finder kicks have been fixed
  • Fixed a bug that allowed players to cast a spell after revival that they used at the moment of death (e.g., when an arrow had the effect of a thrown axe)
  • Most mount-related soft-locks have been fixed (e.g., using teleport + mount too quickly on a mage causing spell usage to be blocked until dismounting)
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented players from reviving - this feature was reverted and now works as before: manual revive
  • Potential fix for Evocator not being placed into group modes (BR, BoH) - balanced chance across all classes now
  • The flag in Mystical Outpost should no longer be bug-able into objects
  • Objects in Salreon Castle that allowed players to jump behind walls were removed
  • Monsters in the BR map should now be removed properly
  • Fixed a bug allowing Warriors to attack while invisible
  • Fixed a bug where Night Walker’s Surprise Attack caused a 3-second dismount

Now let's move to the features...

ENGINE REWORK

A major part of the engine has been reworked, allowing us to push the game toward more realistic visuals and gradually modernize its overall style. More features are already in development, and we are excited about the new possibilities. - Sunlight has been implemented, allowing us to redesign maps with unique visual styles - Sun rays have been implemented, adding a more realistic feel - Objects (including players) and terrain now react to surrounding light sources (torches, etc.) - Shadows have been implemented - Dynamic objects casting shadows will be added soon! - Any object meant to emit light now actually emits it (fire, torches, etc.) - Special/additional fog has been implemented

And all of this with minimal impact on overall performance.

There is still room for map adjustments. Therefore, we would appreciate your feedback on specific maps. We are open to making changes in terms of light colors, light power etc. The maps are currently adjusted according to our own preference. Thank you very much!

BETA – NEW BATTLE MODE – BANISHMENT

This mode has one goal - introduce a completely new mechanic while ensuring every class has its role. - Banishment lasts 30 minutes and is set at 21:35 (9:35 PM), replacing Monster Invasion - The main boss (Infernos) has 4 million global HP (2M per nation). Your task is to out-damage the enemy nation and kill the boss. The boss appears after 5 minutes from start. - A Mechanical Heart is located in a remote area; killing it deals 100k damage to the boss - mainly intended for melee classes - To open the gate leading to the Mechanical Hearts, you must destroy 3 obelisks on your side of the map, each with 250k HP - Each nation has a heart in its base (Ice Heart – Derion, Fire Heart – Valorian); killing it deals 150k damage to the boss - but beware of the guards! - Players fight with their own equipment - AP = 25 per kill, 25 per assist - Rewards: 20 coins for win, 15 coins for draw, 10 coins for loss - Performance bonus: +1 extra coin per 10 kills
