Hotfix & Adjustments

• The fear system has been revised and should now work as intended (no teleporting, no standing still in place)
• Players now receive a saddle at the start of Capture the Flag
• All new PvP weapons should now be craftable
• The map Nordheim (BoW) has been removed from the rotation
• Creating an Evocator character should no longer throw an error
