Joining the team as a Game Master means becoming a key part of ensuring a fair, engaging, and welcoming environment, while also helping guide the future direction of the server.

✅ Requirements:

• Solid understanding of 4Rewind and its core mechanics.
• Clear and respectful communication skills with a willingness to assist others.
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations and manage conflicts maturely.
• Consistent and impartial approach to rule enforcement.
• Awareness of server guidelines and the standards expected from our player base.
• Willingness and desire to help.
• Sufficient free time.
• Minimum age of 20.

👔 What will be your responsibilities?

• Work closely with other team members to share feedback, report bugs, and help improve the server experience.
• Support players by resolving issues, answering questions/tickets, and offering helpful guidance.
• Help maintain a positive environment by monitoring player behavior and ensuring fair rule enforcement.
• Plan and host engaging events and activities to keep the community active and entertained.
