• Being level 85+
• Not being in TOP 16 (overall) monthly ranking.
• Have at least 1000 Monthly Honor.

Additional informations :

• If you transfer with a group of players, your request will be more likely to be accepted.
• All characters on the account will be transfered.
• Once we transfer enough of players, the transfer will be closed again.
• A transfer request can also be rejected.
